-Stick-Apple Salad
This recipe is easy, quick apple salad is very good for diabetic patients. Nice with grilled chicken or a hamburger.

Ready in 10 minutes
Preparation time: 10 minutes

Servings: 6

Stick to salad ingredients from Apple:

3 tart apples, peeled, seeded and julienned
2/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped pickles
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
How to stick potato salad:
 
Place the sugar and vinegar in small bowl.
Mix well until sugar is dissolved.
Put apples, onions and cucumber in large bowl.
Pour the vinegar mixture over salad.
Stir well.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled.
Stick apple salad is ready to serve.

Have fun!
