French Onion Omelette

Onion Omelette
 Ingredients:


 6 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups red onion, finely chopped
Shallots 1/4 cup chopped
2 teaspoons sugar
Spring 1/4 cup chopped onion
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
Cup water 1/4
A teaspoon of salt 1/4
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
How Onion Omelette:

In a skillet, over medium heat.
Add the red onion, onion and sugar.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until tender and golden, stirringfrequently.
Remove the mixture from 1/4 cup chopped cooked and set aside.
Add green onions, mustard and thyme in it.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a small bowl beat eggs, water, salt and pepper.
Mix cheese 3/4 cup, then add to pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until completely set.
Top with remaining cheese and remaining onion mixture.
Cut into pieces.
Baked French Onion is ready to serve.
