Italian main courses are easier to prepare than you think. Just prepare the meat mixture and wash the peppers, then just have to cook. The meat mixture I like, is not composed entirely of minced pork, but they usually add a bit of sausage, because it gives adelicious taste with pepper. Ingredients (4 people):
4 peppers (yellow, red and green as you prefer)
14.11 oz or 400 g of minced pork
150g or 5.29 ounces of pork sausage
50 g or 1.76 oz Parmesan cheese
a scone
Milk (you need to soak the bread)
1 egg
Salt (not too much because of the sausage meat is already salty)
black pepper
