Penne Pesto Chicken Recipe
ingredients
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 boneless chicken breasts cut into chunks
2/3 cup basil pesto
8 ounces (227g.) penne
Salt and pepper to taste

1Bring salt water to boil. Cook the pasta in 8 to 10 minutes or until the water becomes al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.
2Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Add onion to skillet, cook until clearAdd garlic and chicken to skillet and cook until chicken is tender.
3Add pesto sauce with chicken, and toss with pasta.
