Linguini with pesto sauce recipe cream
INGREDIENTS
5 oz (140g.) linguine pasta
1 cup basil leaves
1/4 cup pine nuts
2 oz cream cheese (56g.)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlicminced
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
How to address linguine with pesto cream sauce
1Puree garliccream cheeseolive oil, basil, pine nuts andParmesan in a blender or food processor until smoothSeason withsalt and pepper to taste.
2Boil salted water and cook linguini 8 to 10 minutes or until it is al denteDrain pasta and transfer to a serving dishToss pasta with pesto and serve.
