16 oz (454g.) large shrimp
2 tablespoons of nuts
1 cup fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic
Salt to taste

1Put nuts, olive oil, garlic and basil in a food processorGrinding the mixture until it becomes smoothAdd salt, move the mixture into a bowl and let coolGradually combine with parmesan cheese.
