Curry fish recipe

Curry fish recipe
Preparation time30 minutes

List of ingredients:


1/2 kg white fish fillet
1 onionchopped
1 onion, minced
1 teaspoon each garlic and ginger paste
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup ghee
1 teaspoon black cumin seeds
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon garam masala
Salt to taste

instructions:

1. Cut fish into medium sized pieces.
2. Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the fish pieces gently until light brown.
3. Add the chopped onion with ghee in a pan and fry until golden brown.
4. Add cumin seeds whiteturmericgaram masala and cook, stirring for a few seconds.
5. Now add the chopped onion puree, garlic, ginger and tomato.
6. Fry the mixture until the butter begins to separate.
7. Add water and salt and bring the mixture to boiling.
8. Add fried fish piecesreduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
9. Enjoy hot fish curry with rice or roti.
