Lamb Kabab Recipe
Preparation time: 35 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
List of ingredients:
1 pound lamb (boneless - cut into 1/2 inch)
1/2 teaspoon of ginger paste
4 tablespoons oil
1 medium onion
2-3 green chilies
The dough 1/2 garlic
4 almonds
4 teaspoon of plain yogurt
At 3 tablespoons water
Few coriander leaves finely chopped ()
Salt to taste
instructions:
Step 1: First grind the almonds and green peppers and mix with the garlic paste, ginger paste and salt.
Step 2: Now add this mixture to the yogurt and mix thoroughly.
Step 3: Place the meat cubes in a mixing bowl and yogurt in it.Leave to marinate for 1 hour.
Step 4: Next, pour the oil in a skillet or tawa and spread marinated meat over it.
Step 5: Cut the onion and layer over the meat.
Step 6: Add 3 tablespoons water and cover the pot. Cook for fifteenminutes over low heat.
Step 7: Remove the lid and stir the meat, replace lid and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 8: If the meat is well browned and the oil begins to flow, you are ready to be served, otherwise cook for 5 minutes or until you feel that the meat is tender.
Step 9: Serve with coriander chutney or tomato sauce
