Curried Cauliflower and potatoes recipe


Cauliflower has a special place in the hearts of the Indians, especially because it is a seasonal vegetable to be appreciated inthe winter months all at times.

Curried Cauliflower and potatoes recipe
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
List of ingredients:

1 pound cauliflower
2 onions, finely chopped
1 cginger paste
1 cgarlic paste
1 cturmeric
1 cchile powder
1 cground cumin
1 ccoriander
1 large potato, cooked and diced
1 cor to taste
Cilantro / coriander leaves
1 Tbsp. oil

instructions:




Heat oil in nonstick skillet (or pan) fry the onion, ginger and garlic, chopped cilantro / coriander powder, cumin and coriander for fiveminutes. Add the potatoes, cauliflower, turmeric and chili powder and salt with half a cup of hot water and cook over medium-low heatfor fifteen minutes. Mix well to ensure that the vegetables mixed with spices. Be careful not to burn the cauliflower. Garnish with cilantro /coriander.
