Cayenne pepper-string-beans
Green beans boiled until tender in an attractive blend of garlic and chilli. These tender green beans are a great team for any meal.

Ingredients: allspice beans
1 pound fresh green beans, cleaned and broken
1/2 cup water
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
salt to taste
How Jamaica pepper Beans:
Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Saute garlic in hot oil until lightly browned.
Add the green beans.
Add water and bring to boil.
Season with pepper, salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until beans are tender.
Jamaica peppercorns are ready.
Serve with grilled chicken.
