1 cup steel cut Irish oats
2 cups skim milk
¼ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup dried blueberries
¼ cup chopped almonds, salt free
2 Tbs. agave syrup
 
1.       Add oats into milk and bring to a boil. Allow to cool and place in fridge overnight.
2.       In the morning, put saucepan back on stove and bring to heat over medium heat. Add in dried fruit, nuts and agave syrup and cook until thick. Add more skim milk if desired to loosen mix.
