Fish Tikka Recipe




In India, people try different fish dishesFish Tikka is one of them. It is very popular in India and Pakistan and are available on almost all occasions. Even the fish is very popular throughout Asia. If you have not yet tried the fish Tikka, I suggest you go now!


Preparation time: 50 minutes
Cooking time: 45 minutes
List of ingredients:


Fish 1/2 kg
6 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon ajwain
Cream 1/4 cup
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons garam masala
1/2 teaspoon chili powder red
A paste with garlic soup
2 tablespoons of chickpea flour
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons creme de menthe (hot sauce)
2 tablespoons cilantro cream (chutney)
1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
1 onion cut into slices.
1/4 cup curd / yogurt
Salt (as desired)

instructions:

1Mix garlic paste cream, ajwain, chili powder, cumin powder,garam masala, lemon juice, salt, mint, cilantro, chickpea flour in yogurt.
2Add the fish pieces in the mixture and marinate for about 3 hours.
3Boil the oil in a deep panfry fish pieces until crisp.
