List of ingredients:
Fish 1/2 kg
6 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon ajwain
Cream 1/4 cup
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons garam masala
1/2 teaspoon chili powder red
A paste with garlic soup
2 tablespoons of chickpea flour
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons creme de menthe (hot sauce)
2 tablespoons cilantro cream (chutney)
1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
1 onion cut into slices.
1/4 cup curd / yogurt
Salt (as desired)
instructions:
1. Mix garlic paste cream, ajwain, chili powder, cumin powder,garam masala, lemon juice, salt, mint, cilantro, chickpea flour in yogurt.
2. Add the fish pieces in the mixture and marinate for about 3 hours.
3. Boil the oil in a deep pan, fry fish pieces until crisp.
