Asain Samosa


Samosa is one of the famous foods of Asain. Samosa is delicious food for those who like the pope. This food is commonly eaten in India and Pakistan. You can do this for lunch and dinner at once, plus you can make it ready before teatime. Most of the time this dish with the afternoon tea is available in India and Pakistan, but you can try at any time. We hope you enjoy it. Here are simple steps to cook quickly ....
Indian Samosa RecipePreparation time: 20 minutesCooking time: 20 minutesList of ingredients:4 servings1 cup all-purpose flour2 tablespoons vegetable oil2 potatoes (large, boiled)1 onion, chopped2 green chillies, chopped3 tablespoons oilThe teaspoon ginger 1/2, crushedThe teaspoon garlic 1/2, crushedcoriander seeds1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro1/2 lemon, juice1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric1/2 teaspoon pepper1/2 teaspoon chili powder redsalt


Instructions:
1. Combine flour, oil and salt.2. Add a little water until it becomes brittle.3. Continue to add water, knead the mixture until it becomes a soft and flexible.4. Cover with a damp cloth for 20 minutes.5. Beat the dough on a work surface and knead again.6. Re-cover.7. Filling preparation ....8. At 3 tablespoons hot oil.9. Add ginger, garlic, green peppers and coriander years.10. Saute for one minute, add onion and saute until golden.11. Add the coriander (cilantro), lemon, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt and garam masala (pepper).12. Sauté for 2 minutes.13. Add the potatoes.14. Mix 2 minutes.15. Cool.16. Keep aside.17. Divide dough into 10 equal parts.18. Use the roller to a piece in a 5 "oval.19. Cut into 2 halves.20. Run a wet finger along diameter.21. Sign up and press to make a cone.22. Place a tablespoon.23. board into a cone.24. Seal the third side with your finger.25. Fry the samosas now medium-low heat until golden.26. Serve with tomato sauce or other hot sauce you want.
