Macaroni and Cheese



INGREDIENTS

Macaroni .......... 150gm
Milk .............. 600ml
Flour ............. 50gm
Butter ............ 50gm
Ampere salt, pepper ..... just
Cheddar cheese .... 150gm
Dijon mustard ..... 1 tablespoon level
2 tablespoons bread crumbs ......
PREPARATION

Add the macaroni in a large pot of boiling salted waterCook until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain, rinse and store aside.Place milk inmedium bowl, sift the flour and whisk until the butter in a saucepan over medium heat smooth.Melt, add the milk mixture, stirring constantly, bring to a boilSimmer for 2 minutes.Take the fire, season well with salt and half the cheese and mix well pepper.Addmustard.StirSeason with salt and the macaroni and mix wellpepper.Add ingredients.Pour macaroni on a plate and baking dish with butter. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.Brown on hot grill or oven to 400F200C or mark 6 for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
