Coffee Cake Recipe


A coffee cake with fresh butter easy, eggs and butter and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar coated. You can serve this cake for breakfast and your family will love.This coffee cake recipe is quick and easy with only a preparation time of 15 minutes and 30 minutes of cooking time. The cake is soft and damp because of the butter and sugar in cinnamon becomes slightly crisp when cooked in the oven.
Serve with a dollop of vanilla sauce or caramel on one side and a rich cup of coffee good for a satisfying indulgence.

Recipe coffeePreparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
List of ingredients:
Cup sugar 3/41/2 cup butter, softened1 egg, lightly beaten1 cup buttermilk2 cups flour2 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt
Sugar Filling:
Cup sugar 1/23/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Sources of food:
8 "x 8" square pan (you can use a 7 "x 11" flat)2 cups half mixture
Instructions:
*** Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Step 2: Break an egg and beat slightly. Beat butter and sugar mixture.
Step 3: Slowly add 1 cup of fresh buttermilk and stir with a whisk.Set aside.
Step 4: In another bowl, measure flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a colander and sift into the bowl.
Step 5: Mix the dry ingredients into the wet and mix until blended.Batter will be thick.
Step 6: Butter the mold and the paste evenly. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkled generously on top of the dough.
Step 7: Bake in an oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Serve warm or bake the cake the day before. The mild flavors and taste even better the next day.
